This online material is mainly for physical education(PE) lecturers in Teachers' Colleges, and students studying to become PE teachers. Everything you need to strengthen your knowledge in PE is available here online, you just need an internet connection to access it. The materials include online books, free articles, videos, and content-rich websites.

Here are some tips to help you to use the materials:

Registration: Each part of the information material will explain how to get the access the resources. Some pages might need you to sign-in or register but all materials are free to use.

Videos: A lot of the course content videos come from YouTube. To make the most out of these videos, you can use the "CC" option to turn on the subtitles (most videos have them). You can also change the video speed in the settings to help you learn better.
